Wrong product usage or usage not according to the instruction

Wrong usage of door or window elements is considered when products are used not according to the instruction and it may happen in next situation in which Dabel do not take апу responsibility in case of damaged products.

• when hardware is damaged by some force stronger than „normal“ one or when for example, door handle is used as object to lay on, or try to turn handle above its horizontal position also by force.
• when one used sharp tools or strong chemistry and damage surface or body of products;
• when unknown tool or objects are put on some product that is not mentioned in instruction, or when one use wrong tooling to install product and cause it’s damage in structure or function of product itself.

Product’s characteristics depend on:

• Product’s duration depends on frequency and type of usage -places of usage and strong as atmospherically conditions
• Maintenance of the products. Ali moving parts of products have to be maintained by user at least once yearly. For example, to maintain a cylinder do not use cream with tree oil inside but graphite. On the other side when we speak about door/window round/lock system, moving parts of locks and handles should use mechanical cream to care about.

Maintenance of the products should be suggested by Dabel too. It is not recommended to use strong chemical matters or acids. Every contact with building mortar should be avoided When cleaning our products please never use апу matter that can help or cause corrosion.
