WARRANTY TERMS
In order to attain warranty period a customer needs to have correctly filled in warranty sheet by importer, seller or technical staff member who has sold or installed the product, as well as a legally valid proof of purchase.
- The warranty applies to the customers to whom the service of purchase or installation is done by a person or an enterprise authorized by the law.
- In case of damage due to inappropriate installation the responsibility holds the person that has performed the action, and the customer loses the rightto the warranty period.
- In case of products being utilized other than under normal conditions at households and if the parts and accessories listed in the manual are not being used, the same will be excluded from the warranty period.
- Maintenance of the product is not the subject of warranty period but the obligation of the customer.
- Damage occurred during the transportation will not be the subject of warranty period, but of the person that has caused it.
- Physical damage of new products where package is missing, it is torn or incomplete will not be the subject of warranty.
WARRANTY STATEMENT
- Dabel warrants that the product will work correctly if it is used ргореМу.
- Warranty period lasts according to the warranty sheet, minimum months since the date of purchase.
- The product of which a customer does not possess the original package of the product will not be the subject of warranty.
- Dabel is responsible for slight aesthetic damages (such as scratch, etc) occurred during the transportation.
- It is obligation of the customer to deliver the products themselves to Dabel company for repair. There needs to be the original package of the product, otherwise it cannot be warranted for mechanical damage.
- If the product does not get fixed within the 45 days, commencing on the date of reporting the damage, on the request of the customer defective product will be replaced with the new one.
